Salon Policy

Hello! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to pamper your Pet. Please take a moment to review our Salon Pawlicies. Our first priority is safety in our salon. Our pawlicies are to ensure everyones safety while providing a positive, happy, healthy Spa Day!

VACCINATION RECORDS

All Pets MUST be up to date on vaccinations. Vaccinations records must be submitted Via email or fax prior to your pets first visit. Breeder cards or self administered vaccines are not excepted. Vaccines must be administered by a liscened Veternarian. If vaccine records are not provided prior to the appointment your appointment will be canceled and a $25.00 cancellation may apply. *Required vaccines: Rabies, DHHPP, and Bordatella.

ARRIVING AT OUR SALON

The Salon opens at 9:00am. If you see staff inside before 9am please be courteous as we are preparing for the day. Please be conscious of your groomers time and arrive promptly at your pets scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule and a $25.00 cancellation fee may apply. All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier at all times. This includes outside as well. Ohio Leash Law states: dogs must be physically confined or properly leashed and controlled by a person. Please no retractable leashes.

WHILE YOUR PET IS IN OUR CARE

Pet owners are not permitted to stay during the grooming process. Pets who see their parents can become excited and distracted increasing the risk of injury to the pet and/or groomer. We will not rush your pets appointment. Some pets may require breaks or special handling which may take a little longer. We will make every effort to get your pet back home as soon as possible. Please keep your phone on during your pets appointment. Your groomer may have questions and need your immediate attention.

PICKING UP YOUR PET

We will call/text when your pet is gorgeous! Prompt pick up is required since we have limited space and are not equipped for boarding/daycare.

CANCELLATION / LATE PICKUP

We ask for a 24hr cancellation notice for all appointments. If an appointment is not canceled you will considered a no call/ no show and a $25.00 cancellation fee may apply. We are strictly by appointment only. It is very important to promptly pick up your pet. We respect your time and we ask that you respect ours. $25.00 fee for every 15min you are late picking up may apply.

OUR GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your pets groom we will be more than happy to adjust the groom at no additional charge as long as its whithin 48hrs or the original groom. Please call to set up a time.

PAYMENT & PRICING

Prices are based on breed, coat, size, time, and services being provided, therefor prices are subject to change. In order to keep cost down we are CASH ONLY. Pricing will be determined at drop off.

NO TOLERANCE POLICY

We do not tolerate mean or aggressive dogs. We dedicate ourselves to aid in the healthcare of your pet. We not only provide grooming services, we also check your pets skin, coat, ears, for anything that may need medical attention that otherwise be missed. We will not tolerate being rushed, if we are your pet will be returned unfinshed and you will be charged the full amount of the groom. We understand everyone has bad days, however we do not toloerate rude or disrespectful behavior and you will be asked to leave.
